PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE
Marketing
Since I’ve started to taught ballett and further styles in a association whilst going to school I was involved in marketing strategies for events and campagnes there.
In addition to my studies, I worked in various tutoring institutes, where I was able to expand my knowledge in the creation of various concepts and advertising strategies. In connection with the knowledge from my studies, I was able to successfully establish and expand my freelance work, which began with a job as an editor, in the field of indie authors and the gaming industry.
This has resulted in a diversified protfolio of skills in all disciplines of marketing.
Project Management
In many projects – especially in small and medium-sized companies and start ups – I have encountered creative and reactive chaos.
In order to make healthy growth and success tangible and measurable, it is a matter close to my heart to integrate structures and process flows into everyday work. I have become a proponent of agile project management, because in a fast-paced world we need to allow for flexible solutions and thinking without losing sight of the goal.
Furthermore, I firmly believe that agile thinking is also the cornerstone for realizing principle thinking, which is indispensable for innovation and further development.
Leadership
First and foremost, leadership means knowing your team, supporting them and allowing them to become creatively independent.
As a team player, trust in employees and their abilities is the basis for successful leadership. It doesn’t mean to belittle other people, but to take them by the hand, to inspire them and to give them the self-confidence to trust in their own abilities. In order to be able to develop safely, however, there also needs to be a regulated framework that provides security and protection.
For me, the key to successful leadership is to weigh these goods against each other and to bring them into balance in the overall context.
